Mac and Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Creamy mac and cheese
  • Shredded cheese (optional)
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or cooking spray.
  2. Place one tortilla onto the skillet, warming it slightly.
  3. Spread a generous layer of mac and cheese over half of the tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Flip the quesadilla and cook another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the skillet, let cool, slice and serve warm.

Notes

For a twist, add extras like sautéed onions, jalapeños, or spices to the mac and cheese.
