Loaded Taco Salad Bowl

A vibrant and flavorful salad loaded with seasoned meat, fresh vegetables, and creamy toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Tortilla chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the meat in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season the meat with taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened.
  3. Layer the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl as the base.
  4. Build the layers with seasoned meat, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheese.
  5. Add the avocado, followed by sour cream or Greek yogurt and salsa on top.
  6. Serve with crunchy tortilla chips.
