  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, milk, olive oil, eggs, and lemon zest until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and fresh herbs.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
