Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A mouthwatering masterpiece that combines ground chicken with garlic and Parmesan cheese, offering a deliciously rich and flavorful meatloaf.

  • 2 pounds Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Additional Parmesan for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, eggs, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf with a slight indentation on top.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter and mix in the additional Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the surface of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a crispier outside, consider using an air fryer. Prepare the mixture a day in advance for easier meal prep.
