Italian Limoncello Tiramisu

A delightful fusion of traditional tiramisu and refreshing limoncello, this dessert is perfect for any occasion, offering bright flavors and creamy indulgence.

  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup limoncello
  • 12 ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the limoncello mixture by pouring it into a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger one by one into the limoncello for about 2 seconds.
  3. Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the mascarpone cheese.
  5. Spoon half of the mascarpone-cream mixture over the ladyfingers, spreading it evenly.
  6. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and then the remaining mascarpone-cream mixture.
  7. Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes.
  8. Dust the top with powdered sugar and garnish before serving.
