  • 24 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Rice (white or brown)
  • 2 cups Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, sautéing for about a minute.
  3. Toss in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce until fully coated.
  5. Once everything is heated through, serve the beef over cooked rice.
  6. Top with chopped vegetables and green onions.
