Honey Sriracha Salmon Bowl: A Deliciously Spicy Meal!

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the honey sriracha mixture over them.
  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
  6. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowl with rice, broccoli, and avocado.
  7. Top with the baked salmon and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
