  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey (maple syrup can be used as a substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)
  • 2 pieces avocados, sliced
  • Optional: salad greens or rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the chicken in a heated non-stick skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips for elegant presentation.
  4. Serve the sliced chicken alongside fresh avocado slices and optional salad greens or rice, and drizzle with additional lime juice.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro or green onions.

Notes

Marinate the chicken overnight for best flavor. Slice avocados right before serving to prevent browning.
