- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
- Add the grated ginger and turmeric powder to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon juice (if using) and stir well.
