  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers

  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until the beef is browned, about 7–10 minutes.
  4. Prepare bowls by laying a base of fresh lettuce.
  5. Layer the cooked beef generously on top of the lettuce.
  6. Top with colorful bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese.
  7. Sprinkle diced tomatoes over everything.
  8. Serve immediately or store in meal prep containers.
