- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
