  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine the whole wheat breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the buffalo sauce mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
