Grilled Steak & Shrimp Kabobs

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Add the cubes of steak and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak, shrimp, and colorful vegetables onto your skewers, alternating to create visually appealing kabobs.
  5. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the shrimp turn opaque.
