Greek Salad

A vibrant Greek salad bursting with fresh tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, tangy feta, and briny olives, perfect for summer dining.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp Oregano, fresh or dried

Instructions

  1. Chop the fresh tomatoes and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately as a side dish or a light meal.
