Greek Chicken Flatbread

An indulgent flatbread topped with seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and creamy tzatziki, perfect for sharing or enjoying solo.

  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the flatbreads on a baking sheet, brushing them lightly with olive oil.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbreads.
  4. Add tzatziki sauce generously over the chicken.
  5. Top with crumbled feta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Slice into squares and serve warm.
