  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
