Garlic Parmesan Meatloaf

A delicious twist on classic meatloaf, featuring the rich flavors of garlic and parmesan, creating a comforting family meal.

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan.
  4. Add ketchup generously over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for one hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make-ahead tip: Prepare the meatloaf the night before and refrigerate. You can also use an air fryer for a quicker cooking option.
