Garlic Parmesan Chicken Kebabs

Succulent chicken kebabs marinated in garlic and parmesan, perfect for summer gatherings and cozy dinners.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1–1.5 inches in size.
  2. Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
  3. Marinate: Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Preheat the Grill or Oven: Heat to medium-high if grilling, or preheat to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
  6. Cook: Grill for about 10–15 minutes, or bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve: Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken the night before for more flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
