Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Delicious mouthwatering cheeseburger bombs with a golden crust filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic flavors.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the biscuit dough into small circles, about 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the bombs with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

These bombs can be prepared a day ahead; keep the filling and dough separated until baking. For a lighter alternative, use ground turkey.
