  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  3. Cook the linguine: In a pot of salted boiling water, cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Prepare the cream sauce: In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  5. Combine and serve: Toss the linguine with the cream sauce and add meatballs. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For added flavor, consider mixing sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes into the cream sauce.
