  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Drain the dill pickle slices and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and buttermilk.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the coated pickle slices in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
