  • 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
