Flourless Seed Bread

A nutty and satisfying bread packed with a variety of seeds, perfect for a healthy snack or meal accompaniment.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, chia seeds)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all the seeds, almond flour, nutritional yeast, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the water and olive oil to the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  6. Cool the bread in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store leftover bread in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in toaster or oven for best texture.
