  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, chopped cranberries, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, thyme, sage, salt, pepper, and beaten egg in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
