  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 4 tostada shells
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 23 diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season and cook the shrimp: Season shrimp with chili powder and cumin. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add shrimp, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  2. Prepare the guacamole: In a bowl, mash ripe avocados and add lime juice until smooth but still chunky.
  3. Make the salsa: Combine diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro; drizzle lime juice and mix.
  4. Assemble the tostadas: Spread guacamole on tostada shells, top with shrimp, and spoon over salsa.
  5. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
