Indulge in the delightful combination of creamy spaghetti and crispy garlic bread, creating a comforting and memorable meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 loaf French or Italian Bread
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add spaghetti and cook according to the package directions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking your garlic bread bowls.
  3. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Slice your French or Italian loaf into thick pieces. Use a bread knife to gently carve out the centers, forming bowls.
  5. Brush the garlic oil mixture inside each hollowed-out bread bowl.
  6. Spoon the warm spaghetti into each bread bowl, ensuring a perfect pasta-to-bread ratio.
  7. Sprinkle a generous layer of freshly grated Parmesan cheese over each filled bowl.
  8. Bake on a baking sheet for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the bread are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute Parmesan with vegan cheese. Store leftovers in airtight containers for 2-3 days in the fridge.
