A refreshing and colorful fruit salad featuring strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and pineapple, enhanced with a honey-lime dressing.

  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 cups of kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups of pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. Begin by preparing your fruits. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, and pineapple.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing generously over the fruit.
  4. Gently toss the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or refrigerate for about an hour.
