Easy Cucumber Salad Sandwich

  • 2 Fresh Cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices Bread (white, whole grain, or sourdough)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
  2. Mix the spread: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese or yogurt, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread generously: Slather a generous amount of the creamy spread on one side of each slice of bread.
