Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A creamy and zesty macaroni salad featuring hard-boiled eggs, crisp celery, and a rich dressing, perfect for gatherings.

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente; then drain and let it cool completely.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar; stir gently until well incorporated.
  3. Add in the chopped celery and red onion, folding gently to keep ingredients whole.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and adjust as needed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving and garnish with paprika just before serving.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor development. Adjust mustard and vinegar to taste for personal preference.
