Homemade Coffee Jam

A delightful coffee jam that combines the rich flavor of brewed coffee with sugar and pectin, perfect for breakfast or afternoon treats.

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Pectin

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and let it cool slightly.
  2. Combine brewed coffee and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add pectin while stirring, then bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.
  5. Jar the jam, letting it cool slightly before sealing.
  6. Cool completely at room temperature before storing in the fridge.
