Cucumber Mint Tea Sandwich Bread: Refresh Your Snack!

A refreshing and light tea sandwich made with cucumber and mint, perfect for afternoon tea or a light snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped mint, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
  4. Top with the remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
  5. Cut the sandwiches into quarters or triangles and serve immediately.

  • These sandwiches can be made a few hours in advance; just cover them with a damp cloth to keep them fresh.
