Cucumber Caprese Salad

A refreshing salad featuring crisp cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and aromatic basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 200g Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add fresh basil leaves to the mixture.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and adjust to your preference.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately or chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
