  • 2 toasted sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan over medium until it shimmers.
  2. Prepare the chicken breasts by seasoning them generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Toss the cooked chicken in a bowl with buffalo sauce to coat.
  5. Mix the coleslaw and ranch dressing in a separate bowl until well combined.
  6. Assemble the sandwich by placing the buffalo chicken on a toasted bun, adding ranch slaw, and topping with the other half of the bun.

Notes
