Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites with a zesty sauce make for a delightful appetizer or main dish, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1 lb Salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha, adjust to taste
  • 2 Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon fillets into even bite-sized pieces, around 1 to 2 inches.
  2. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil: In a non-stick skillet, pour in enough olive oil to cover the bottom and heat over medium-high.
  4. Cook the salmon bites: Place the salmon pieces in the pan without overcrowding. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Make the Bang Bang sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha until combined.
  6. Coat the salmon in the Bang Bang sauce until thoroughly coated.
  7. Serve and garnish with chopped green onions. Enjoy while warm!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in an air fryer or oven to maintain crispiness.
