Creamy One Pot Cowboy Butter Steak and Tortellini Bites

  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 package cheese tortellini
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
  2. Season the beef tips with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned beef tips to the skillet and sear for 3-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Gently add the cheese tortellini and a splash of water or broth to the skillet.
  5. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the tortellini is tender.
  6. Stir everything together until well combined and heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
