  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken by generously coating it with salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
  2. Cook the chicken in a heavy skillet with olive oil over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Create the cream sauce in the same pan by adding heavy cream and simmering while scraping the bottom for flavor.
  4. Make the mashed potatoes by boiling salted potatoes until tender, then mashing them with butter and milk.
  5. Glaze the carrots by cooking them in a pan with a splash of water, then drizzling honey over them until caramelized.
  6. Plate the dish with creamy mashed potatoes topped with chicken and herb sauce, and a side of honey-glazed carrots.
