Creamy Garlic Lime Cilantro Sauce

A zesty and creamy sauce that elevates any dish with fresh flavors of garlic, lime, and cilantro.

  • 1 bunch Cilantro (stems and all)
  • 12 Limes (juiced)
  • 12 Jalapeños (stem removed)
  • 510 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Duke’s preferred)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash the cilantro, peel the garlic, chop the jalapeños, and juice the limes.
  2. Blend the cilantro, lime juice, jalapeños, and garlic in a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust for flavor, adding more lime or jalapeño as desired.
  5. Store the sauce in a squeeze bottle or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This sauce is perfect for meal prep and can be stored for a week; it can also be frozen in ice cube trays for long-term storage.
