Creamy Broccoli Rotini & Garlic Butter Chicken Bites Delight!

A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring rotini, broccoli, and tender garlic butter chicken bites.

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets in the last 3 minutes of cooking.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked rotini and broccoli to the skillet, along with the chicken. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half for the heavy cream.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
