Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

A gourmet dish of salmon fillets stuffed with a rich crab and shrimp filling, perfect for any occasion.

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 cup Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Herbs (Parsley and Dill)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by combining crab meat, chopped shrimp, minced garlic, and fresh herbs in a mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet with a sharp knife.
  5. Stuff each pocket generously with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed salmon.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

For a slightly crusty top, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Customize the stuffing by adding sautéed spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for flavor.
