Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, combine the shredded coconut and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the coconut-breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Alternatively, place the coated fish on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
