Chocolate Covered Strawberry Poke Cake: Indulge in Bliss!

A delightful and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of chocolate and strawberries in a moist poke cake.

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Poke holes all over the cake using a fork.
  7. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup, then pour over the cake.
  8. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  9. Spread whipped topping over the cooled cake.
  10. Top with sliced strawberries and chocolate chips.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
