Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

A rich and creamy chocolate chip cheesecake with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup sugar, and melted butter, then press it into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth, then gradually add 1 cup sugar.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and smooth it out.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool for an hour before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Consider making it a day in advance for enhanced flavor. Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to five days.
