- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup chimichurri sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup garlic sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
