Chicken and Veggie Sausage Rolls That Everyone Will Love!

Delicious chicken and veggie sausage rolls that are perfect for a snack or a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  6. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on one end of each rectangle.
  7. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any vegetables you have on hand.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
