  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread pesto sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and pinch the seams to seal.
  8. Place the log in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
