A delicious and fun-to-make Cheesy Pepperoni Stromboli that the whole family will enjoy.

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  6. Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
