- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of the cheese and pepperoni.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
- Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
