Irresistible cheesy bacon poppers that combine the rich flavors of jalapeños, cream cheese, and crispy bacon in a delightful, crunchy exterior.

  • 8 Fresh Jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 6 slices Cooked Bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by slicing each in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and chopped bacon together until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half generously with the cheese mixture.
  5. Coat the top of each filled jalapeño with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the filling in advance and refrigerate it before stuffing the jalapeños. For a twist, add herbs like cilantro or hot sauce for extra flavor.
