- 1 loaf of Italian bread
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian bread into cubes, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cheese and tomato mixture into the cuts of the bread.
