  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate ganache (for topping)
  • Chocolate chips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin generously.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, then spoon it into the muffin tins.
  3. Bake the brownie bases for 15-20 minutes until set yet soft to the touch.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl, ensuring no lumps remain.
  5. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract.
  6. Incorporate the egg and sour cream, mixing until creamy.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the baked brownie bases, filling each cup to the brim.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the cheesecake is set.
  9. Allow them to cool, then top with chocolate ganache and sprinkle chocolate chips.
  10. Chill in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.

Notes
