Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel

Savory pretzel bites stuffed with tender brisket and creamy beer cheese sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy meals.

Ingredients

  • Soft Pretzel Dough
  • Cooked Brisket, Shredded
  • Beer Cheese Sauce
  • Egg Wash
  • Coarse Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the dough by rolling it into small balls and flattening each into a disc.
  3. Fill each dough disc with shredded brisket and beer cheese sauce.
  4. Seal the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly.
  5. Boil each pretzel bite in boiling water for 30 seconds.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place the boiled pretzels on it.
  7. Brush each bite with egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with extra beer cheese for dipping.

Notes

Make the brisket and beer cheese sauce ahead of time and assemble on baking day. Experiment with different fillings or toppings.
