  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup hash browns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  3. Layer the hash browns, scrambled eggs, cheese, and protein on one half of each tortilla.
  4. Fold the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides to create a wrap.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking oil.
  6. Place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
